::dip:dip:dip::

It's not very often that I snack on little things throughout my day but there are days here and there that I will make a bunch of appetizer's for the course of the evening instead of making a large dinner.
These little appetizer's usually consist of mini-spanakopita's, salmon puffs, nachos, etc.
I found this next recipe on the Canadian Living website and thought that it would be a great addition to appetizer nights - and it looks and sounds absolutely divinely delicious.
I will definitely be trying this recipe out soon enough on the next app-night or during a girls night in.
Bon Appetit!

Hot Pizza Dip
This is a favorite among my friends...I serve it just about every time we get together. Very easy to make and delicious.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
This recipe makes 8 servings.

Ingredients
1 pkg cream cheese
1 tsp roasted red pepper and garlic seasoning
3 sticks pepperoni, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup white onion, chopped
3/4 cup Italian-blend shredded cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise

Preparation
Place the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and seasoning in a bowl and beat until creamy and smooth.
Spray a pie plate with non-stick spray. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into pie plate and spread evenly. Take the chopped pepperoni, onions and green pepper and sprinkel evenly over the cream cheese mixture. Top with Italian four-cheese blend. Bake at 375ºF for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
